      Durante el tiempo que llevo trabajando en RAXO me han demostrado tener muchas virtudes, es un equipo muy diverso, multicultural y con muy buena actitud :D me han aportado bienestar, apoyo y tranquilidad ya que siempre han estado pendientes tanto de mi crecimiento profesional como de mi persona, y esto lo digo por experiencia propia. También me han ayudado y apoyado para desarrollar proyectos de gran importancia que han contribuido en mi crecimiento profesional y personal.

      Pros

      Coming into this agency feels like a tight family. It is diverse and everyone is so positive. Everyone is always willing to help. You are offered chances to grow within months! Management is flexible and offers great benefits. They truly care for their employees and have an open door. It is fast-paced and you learn a lot. If you show you are eager and a hard worker you will grow fast within the company.

      Weight gain if you're not careful with all of the delicious meals often ordered. lol

      Pros

      My team overall was extremely kind, fun, smart, and creative. Interesting perks like chef-prepared lunches and reiki sessions.

      Cons

      Leadership flip-flopped, leaving teams confused and directionless. The environment felt unstable, and employees were cut ruthlessly. Leadership and HR was very cold.
