Good culture and people are very nice and supportive.
Cons
Tough Work-Life Balance. It’s really hard to make plans on weekday evenings because you never know when work will land. Things can change last minute, so it feels risky to commit to anything outside of work Monday to Friday. There are also times when weekend work is expected.
