My interviewing process went very quickly. I was appreciative of how precise and informative they were about making a high level employee decision. Compensation is fair, top level executives are all moving in one direction to meet mutual goals and the culture they are working to create is exactly where I want to be.

Only drawback is technology, but they are already putting new solutions in place that should be complete by 5/1/22.

Good pay, Recognized my talent and experience.

Silo'd departments. System they used was not user friendly or intuitive. Many employees were not friendly or inviting.
