Great new leadership team (2021) that is making real changes for the better. Benefits are on par with other businesses. Flexible in office/remote working environment. New investments in technology to help make daily job responsibilities easier, quicker and help our clients grow with RBO.

Current drive into the office is long but with hybrid working it saves driving a couple times a week.

The new leadership has vastly improved collaboration and communication among management and other team members. New operational policies have helped employees focus on their main job function. Employee satisfaction and morale have been steadily improving with more flexible home/work schedules and other perks.

Like many businesses, we are needing additional team members to support our growth.
