Cons
You will be considered and independent contractor when you file your taxes, this can be frustrating at the end of the year.
Most people who are full-time employees here have BIG ego's and very much look down on seasonal interns. There were a few great people I met here, but they were all interns like I was.
There is not room for movement with this position, it is solely as experience for your resume.
