      Pros

      Great company culture. They really care about their employees. There is a wellness program (active). There are plenty of training opportunities. Managers are not micromanagers. Flexibility is second to none.

      Cons

      Low pay range. Below median on the market. For example, the work performed for a Project Manager should be starting from 90k-110k (with minimum experience). A more experience PM should be making around 110-140k. Field Managers should be making between 140-160k. Assistant Directors should be making 160-190k. Directors should be making 190-220k. Management such as CFO/CEO should be around 250-300k. But the reality is that PMs get pay about $35 per hour.
