Pros

- Convinient location within London Centre - Access to companies, research tools and travel options are sufficient - A number of positive individuals still within the company , but RCM currently undergoing restructuring so info might be outdated

Cons

- German dominated company - Poor transparency regarding compensation and promotion - Bonus apparently not tight to personal performance - Current senior staff lacks social as well as investment skills - High turnover, best people are leaving - No team culture: Company is strictly divided into PMs and Analysts

Plenty of work and responsibility. Got to experience many different facets of the business. Work with highly skilled and experienced people

Cons

Unclear career path; poor management. Compensation seemed arbitrary. Some clearly made more with less experience. Tended to pay more for new hires while existing employees got paid less.
