Pros
Exposure to the world of applied finance (Somewhat) - building financial models, Business plans. An alright firm to intern with The team members (if they haven't quit yet) are helpful bunch of people from whom you can learn.
Cons
Directors are unprofessional (don't come to office 50% of the time; quite slacky at work but expect you to commit your 200%. Will shout if you don't do that) Unreasonable expectations (expect you to work 24/7; but say the opposite during interviews) Haven't cracked a deal in 3-4 years of their existence (and still call themselves an Investment Bank!) No real exit opportunities since no one in the Fin. world knows about RCPL.
