I really don't even know where to begin, RCR is by far the best place I have ever worked. It all starts with our owner and leader - Heather - she is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the HR function and does a great job of sharing that knowledge but more than anything she really values each employee and shows it in so many ways. I never thought I would find a job that allows me to balance being present in my children's lives while continuing to do work that I enjoy in the HR field and this is it! I get to work with and support so many different clients across industries which brings so much variety to my work day and allows me to continue growing my skills. Our clients rock! Our team is 2nd to none - we have such a great collaborative group, even though we are all remote. The dedication of each team member and the focus on providing top notch experiences really sets us apart. To sum it all up - at RCR you get work life balance, autonomy to perform your work, collaboration with an amazing team, fully remote work with part-time opportunities and opportunities to continue growing and developing professionally. Nothing - Aside from finding how to maintain balance. I find myself so emersed in my work that sometimes balancing that with being part-time can get challenging but it is all about setting my own boundaries.
