"Where do I start? Very unprofessional company. They boast that they are like a family, but it's dysfunctional at best. I felt like I was playing Survivor most days because there was so much lying and backstabbing by coworkers and even upper management. There's no communication, but you are expected to read the minds of your manager. I have never experienced such an unprofessional setting. You are put in situations that at a real company, they would have multiple lawsuits if RCS had a competent HR department. I have been so much happier since leaving this company. An example of how bad this company is and how out of touch their upper management is: Salaried employees were notified a week before their paycheck that a huge sum of the paycheck was going to be missing. When salaried employees raised their opinions, pushed back, and even started contacting lawyers, upper management said, "Well, you should have budgeted better if this is going to impact you."
