      There is down time to do homework for classes. Also a great experience learning Microsoft Software and other entry level data management.

      Pros

      Great work environment; everyone in the department is friendly and professional. RCTC is a superb place to work!

      Cons

      The bakery downstairs is a constant temptation... It's also been mentioned to me that as an employee, you do have to pay a monthly fee to park in the parking structure; but the structure is close, very secure, well-lit, and well maintained, so it's worth it.
