Flexibility, supportive management, the company really looks after its staff. Trusted to do your job well and not micromanaged at all. I’d love to go back!

The commute was the only difficult part. I left pre-covid where working from home was not an option, now it is more flexible which is great!

Good teams, great new office, not too hierarchical.

Very outdated processes and lots of systems need updating.
