Pros
I don't have many pros to say about this company other than my personal work schedule was M-F 9 to 5. The company did on occasion have lunch brought to us. Other than that...I don't have much good to say about the company overall.
Cons
Unstable management, never know if you'll have a job, micromanaging all the way down to questioning you if you go to the restroom, "lock down" mentality...watch your every move, unprofessional and inexperienced management, gossipy and insecure environment...your "job" is based on if they have a client...you can be let go at any given point, upper management lies and misleads people into thinking they care, overall a VERY unstable company to work for. DO NOT buy into the company "We care about you" mentality they try to lead you to believe.
