      Free food occasionally, they have flexibility on shifts sometimes depending on program

      Cons

      Constantly being switched programs and never know what position you’ll be in. You can slave away on their biggest programs and they will still treat you like you.

      Thank you for your comment. You are correct, RDI supports many different programs which gives us flexibility on scheduled shifts. Our ELLWELL team does a great job of promoting our culture and making sure it is a positive environment for everyone whether you are on site or working remotely.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
