      Pros

      You can learn the ins and outs of the communication and outsourcing industries, skills that can be used at any company. Co-workers are awesome. Lots of hard workers and diamonds in the rough.

      Cons

      The bathrooms smell sometimes, there isn't an enclosed smoking area, parking could be better during the busy season. Other than that, this place rules.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
