      Pros

      The job is okay always something to do. It can be challenging and can be something to build on. They are upgrading and constantly trying to make things better in the company. Alot of management fun.

      Cons

      Some of onsite management does not like to be challenged. Salary Employees IT are expected to work 15 hour days. Some employees seem ok but are not people persons.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Cons

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
