      Pros

      Good pay, amazing people, and the most fun at a workplace you could possibly have. I loved working their I regret ever leaving there.

      Cons

      Though it's fun and the people are amazing if you can't bare to sit behind a computer it's very difficult to get through your days that's is though why they make it as fun as possible.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
