      I love RDI training was great it wasn't rushed and all over the place very detailed co workers are great as well as Supervisors all around great company I can't believe how nice everyone is when questions are asked they are answered

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
