Nice people but no future - Anonymous employee RDI Group Employee Review

Poor pay. Once you get a full time offer, you barely get pay increases. So you better be happy with what you get after your contract. High turnover. Lots of contractors and most aren’t qualified. But many full time workers should’ve been fired long ago and they are protected. No advancement opportunities. If you’re looking to work your way up into something good, go elsewhere.
