Great people with very complicated systems to support. Many hard to identify issue keeps the jobs interesting. Pay and benefits are good, with very sweet HR department. Support requests are often driven by immediate needs of our client, so changeling and fun.
Cons
My position is almost all support and very little software development. Software development processes tend to change often and are not very mature. Not many options for a technical career track.
