This is a great place to work. Flexible schedule. Remote work. Very supportive upper management. Organized and efficient processes. Small company with impressive structure, training, and processes.
Cons
Healthcare benefits are a bit pricey, but compensation makes up for it.

I have been with the company for 16 years. I wake up everyday excited to work to continue to make a difference for our clients and the communities they serve. We have a strong focus on internal culture and employee growth. If you don't like change and working for a forward-thinking organization, this might not be the place for you. Are accountants supposed to be boring right? Not if you are with a company engaged in making constant improvements and thinking outside of the box.
