Not enough restrooms for employees and delivery drivers. But they are adding more now

I enjoyed working with the cross functional parterns I worked with in my role, they do hire good people.

It is a tiny company that is ran by 3 shyster cousins and it is rife with nepotism and there is zero room for growth. To put it kindly, the company is extremely dysfunctional, boarder line toxic. Numerous occasions I witnessed boardroom disagreements devolve into inapropriate hallways arguments that made working there uncomfortable at times. There is zero empathy from directors, To put it bluntly they simply do not care about you. If you complained or made recommendations to make your experience there a little more manageable, getting hit with ridicule and retaliation were commonplace. They also don't pay very well and raises are rare to come by. Moral of the story, if your are looking for anything more than a paycheck, look elsewhere.
