Toxic work environment. HR Protects the company, not the employee. Mentally exhausting roles. No work life balance. A slightest mistake seems to result in mental abuse, or threats of further disciplinary action. The role can lead to stress and anxiety. Incredibly high staff turnover. Poor management Bonuses have been cut due to 'poor performance' created by increasing pressure and additional roles within the job. Employees often thrown under the bus in public settings Some colleagues are very competitive and backstabbing
