      Pros

      The management team encourage creativity in one's approach to doing work. The company wants to internally share knowledge and information as much as possible to drive the company forward and develop learnings of all staff. Many new opportunities coming to this open minded company.

      Cons

      As this company is effectively a start-up the wages aren't high. Career advancement at the moment isn't great but there are exciting roles in the company.

      Pros

      I genuinely believe this company is first class. You get out what you put in. ARC manageress will always go out of her way to work around you if needs be. Nice colleagues, management is flexible if any personal reasons or appointments come up. Bonus in pay every 3 months. Lunch hour is fully paid. Double time pay if called in when not rota’d to work. Can’t fault the place.

      Toxic work environment Management team very poor more like dictators Arc manageress childish and petty Long Hours also they try and put you on call for sickness and holiday cover expect you to come on duty on your time off
