Pros
As a smaller company, there are a lot of opportunity to do and learn all aspects of the business. I’ve been able to do design, prototype, manufacturing, and project management work. The culture with your coworkers is great. I trust leadership and get to talk to them on a regular basis whereas in a larger company a lot of these pros would not be possible. I genuinely feel grateful to work here and have yet to meet anyone who works at a cooler company
Cons
As a smaller company and in a relatively new technology (AR), there are times where there is not a clear direction or answer to problems that arise so you can get stuck. As long as you are able to adapt to this you are golden
