      Engaging projects that encourage learning and exploration of new technologies. The company offers a healthy work-life balance and a team of passionate, interesting people. Management respects employees’ boundaries, and the overall work environment is excellent.

      Competitive rates/benefits Lots of little perks like snacks/gym/flexible schedules Lots of passionate developers and a culture of helping each other learn

      Cons

      Some of the company functions as an agency with short/medium term projects and some of it like a staffing company with longer projects. They try and match people and projects appropriately but sometimes it can take a while.
