The most disorganized company. The left hand should know what the right hand is doing. With Reef, left hand has no idea where the right hand was. Upper management clueless about operations. They keep crappy senior execs and just move them around to prevent harm. No structure and lost way too many good employees due to their incompetency. Would never recommend to even the most desperate.
