Pros
Really interesting business model that has a real chance to be revolutionary. Opportunity to make a significant impact(if you can navigate the office politics well).
Cons
Constant changes/reorganizations/initiatives lead to a lot of confusion & hours spent on projects that went nowhere. Unrealistic deadlines. Intense culture, always felt like I was competing with my teammates, rather than working with them. Leadership was way too quick to threaten people's jobs. No clear career roadmap.
