      Pros

      Hiring process was amazing, great communication, I had 5 rounds because of the level but all were within 4/5 weeks and feedback was great. Onboarding, insanely good, I've never experienced such a seamless start in a company. Company culture is SO nice, in the hiring process I thought I was being sold a utopia, however since joining I have found in fact, it's not perfect (that does not exist right?!) but... its as close as you're going to get! Great processes, everyone is equal and there is a real sense of belonging.

      The London office lift (if you have a fear of heights/vertigo)
