      - The people at RELEX are smart, driven, passionate and will always help you out - core value "colleague is a friend" - Laid-back EU company culture - Flexible work options (work from home) - Benefits packages are competitive - Competitive Pay - Perks (including covering internet, health/wellness, cell phone)

      Cons

      - startup growing pains - I started in 2022 and the company is different now, but this is expected as the company grew in size in north america and developed more internal processes. I don't think these issues are solved yet but it will take some time - Leadership expectations may not completely match where RELEX currently stands in the US market - we are still working on brand recognition and saturation in NA, and still expanding on some of our offerings
