      Pros

      International environment, great leaders and colleagues, constant opportunities to grow, trainings, annual parties, sick days, work-life balance, floating days on top of national holidays, work from home in some cases, and the list can go on.

      Cons

      I slightly feel there's still some bureaucracy and single handed decisions but tbh this is a very common constant in many companies, if not all. Timesheets have to be submitted each and every Friday, no excuse.
