Laughable compensation (at least 20% below industry average). Causes a lot of turnover. CEO is in denial and sounds like DJT the way he blatantly dismisses it as not being true. And management all have the same script they have to follow whenever anyone complains (you'll probably see the same script in their response to this review). Poor leadership. Managers are just people who are good at their previous role and are selected to lead despite having no leadership ability. You'll supposedly be doing perfectly well and all of a sudden your review comes along and you're "underperforming" despite all metrics saying otherwise. Few growth opportunities. Good luck getting promoted to "senior." Masquerades as a company with good culture but is just as toxic as the rest. It's all about who likes you as opposed to how well you do your job. If you like to go out with the team and get drunk/high and go to concerts or "gentlemen's clubs" or go out to clubs and publicly cheat on your spouse with multiple coworkers, then you'll be fine. I just got a verbal offer elsewhere and can't wait to get out!!
