The only con I see is that you're pretty much left alone to get your job done. Owner holds you accountable without micromanaging and there are only a few managers. So if working independently is not your thing, that could be a con for you.

The pro's for working for this company are many, our core values are honesty, integrity,empathy,teamwork,continuous improvement, transparency, humility, solution based thinking, happiness and results driven. We have live customer care, and we educate through experience and we have the best training programs offered by any real estate education company. We stand by our products and make it a point to listen attentively. Our motto is results through education.

I don't have any cons. After working for the founder of this company for 19 years we have grown into the kind of company to be proud to work for.
