If you are willing to grow, trying new ideas and taking on challenges this is the place for you. Basically, your day is what you make it! But probably the best thing about this place is the people. Your team is always there to support you and turn your ideas into reality. Every project is a team work and no one takes full credit for an accomplishment. Everyone understands what their role is and how to use it to contribute to the team's success.
Cons
Like any other growing company, this place can be stressful at times. You can either let it bottle up OR talk to your team/management and share your situation and try to find a solution to make things better.
