Pros

The team at RETS is extremely collaborative. The executive team is committed to providing support and resources to help on-board new hires. The employees at RETS work across the US and are committed to helping one another. The team is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and highly committed to their clients’ success. It’s a fun place to work and the benefits are good. Executive Leadership is constantly working to improve the platform of services for clients as well as the benefits offered to employees.

Cons

You have to be a self starter, self motivated and highly organized to excel in this full-desk, recruiting, and sales organization. Some former employees who operated without integrity or ethics in business have attempted to tarnish the company’s reputation on Glassdoor.

Pros

-Supportive leadership -Direct mentorship from principals -Opportunities for growth and learning -Great exposure to the CRE industry I started at RETS Associates working part-time in social media and marketing. Over time, I became more interested in recruiting and commercial real estate, and RETS provided me with the opportunity to grow into a full-time recruiting role. The principals, Berkeley and Kent Elliott, genuinely want to see their employees succeed. They take the time to mentor you, share their industry knowledge, and help you build a strong foundation in CRE recruiting. It's a fast-paced environment, but the support and resources they provide make a huge difference. If you're motivated and interested in commercial real estate or recruiting, RETS is a great place to grow your career.

Cons

-The fast-paced environment may not be for everyone

Pros

The other employees are very nice

Cons

The managers are demanding and not very good at giving direction. They don't seem to gather a lot of knowledge about the assignments they receive, so they cannot give their employees strong direction for execution.
