Pros

- Competitive pay rate. - Free food Fridays and flex Fridays. - Mostly enjoyable work environment. - Paid holidays, PTO, good work/life balance.

Cons

- There is no HR. Concerns about the work environment have to be taken directly to management who are not equipped to handle them. - REVITY is a boys club. Women's concerns about the work environment are pushed aside and invalidated. Women are often talked down to by AMs and other members of the team. - A key member of management makes no effort to get to know female employees. He posts inappropriate comments on the social media posts of female staff, writes inappropriate messages in slack channels, continually talks over employees, and is disrespectful during meetings run by female coworkers (yelling, being on the phone, etc). When these concerns were brought up to other members of management, those who brought them up were essentially told to stop complaining. - AMs often don't return slack messages which made work difficult, but specialists are expected to drop everything when an AM assigns a last-minute project. - There is no room for constructive criticism or suggestions within the company. Management has a get with it or get out attitude. - High turnover among specialists. There's no use getting to know your coworkers at REVITY. - Lots of political conversations in the workplace. If you don't align with the management's political views, prepare to feel awkward and alienated. - We were told at a point that there would be cross-training within the company so we could learn other roles if desired. This did not happen, and every time I asked about it I was told it would happen at a later date.

Pros

A leadership team that cares about the businesses we serve's success as well as their employees' development Knowing that the fulfillment specialists are dedicated to delivering quality digital marketing services to the businesses really helps us client-facing team members make commitments we trust can and will be completed when the business needs them to be People on different teams really try to help each other - if there are disagreements, we settle them through actual discussions rather than letting things fester We strive to keep improving, so when inevitable mistakes happen, we learn and get better for the next one

Cons

Not a con per se, but agency life is fast-paced, so there is a lot of prioritization of tasks that needs to take place. If you want to learn a lot (and to be on a team that everyone is pulling their weight) then this won't be an issue for you My position specifically can be hard to turn my mind/notifications off when I take PTO, but my manager, colleagues, and assistant work to take up the slack
