- In my experience workplace culture lacked professionalism even across leadership teams. - Accountability did not always feel consistent and decision making occasionally appeared influenced by favoritism. - I would encourage "early career professionals" to learn what behaviors are inappropriate in the workplace and actions you would need to take if you come across these behaviors. - This company seems highly focused on revenue growth and budget cuts which at times made employee/culture concerns feel secondary to nonexistent. There are additional aspects of my experience I am unable to fully detail here but I recommend reading multiple reviews, asking the right questions, and considering all employment options carefully.
