      Pros

      - coworkers are nice and polite. - RFI has big contracts with big brands so I assume the company is making money. - it’s located in a central area in the front range so it’s easy to commute to for everyone.

      Cons

      - employees seem fearful as if someone is watching them at all times. - leadership has been around for so long they forgot what it was like to train new employees and have no patience or resources for them. - The company is very archaic and unorthodox methods of product management, and are heavily dependent on a few senior people to get product out the door.

      Pros

      Great leaders and company structure. RFI is one of the few companies that still offer the freedom to learn on the job and make mistakes, while still providing accountability and brutal honesty to keep you progressing. Great place to learn and grow and an even better place to build your career

      Cons

      There are no cons for me personally, but if you can’t handle honesty and accountability and are looking to cruise, this is not the place for you.
