Pros
A lot of good people at RFIP, some good clients and projects, and opportunities to learn quickly
Cons
Upper management are just shady and dishonest, especially the CEO. Credit cards maxed out yet claim they are doing very well, cutting more and more employees, will put you on a project, promise a timeline and support, and just leave you hanging to disappoint the customers all by yourself while management claims "everything is great!"
