We have all seen negative job reviews and wonder if they are just personal opinions or are actual facts... If you are reading this and you are part of the senior management team with Aggregate Industries or GRS please investigate the circumstances surrounding this business over the last 24 - 36months. Areas such as dicey recruitment drives, employment without contracts promises of Aggregate Industries contracts with no follow up, false pretenses being used to new workers then being stuck off with no reasons or professional justification, use of third party "agencies" and providers for training, payroll and other services which seem to benefit more the Senior Manager than it does the organisation and ita employees, business accreditations which are fraudulently accessed, incidents covered up, people paid off for silence, illicit Senior Manager activities during work time paid by the company for personal reward, very dicey arrangements with suppliers and service contracts, Accounts modified, lots of examples of malpractice, untrained staff, incompetence of operators to no fault of there own and a complete falsified management system and ethics which can only be seen through formal investigation of the circumstances over the last few years and so much more. I would be embarrassed and concerned if my organisations name / brand was attached to RFS WORKS!! All that said, some of the operational staff and employees if they are still present keep the business a float and are not involved in the above.

To be brutally honest there is no pros!

Where do I begin... The company has no structure and this is noticeably seen with how poorly organised the business is which plays a huge factor in why their staff turn around is so high. You’ve been set up to fail before you even begin. Several staff will not take their entitled lunch break due to the work load pressure, to then be told you have not worked enough hours… You are made to feel like overtime is not optional but mandatory therefore work balance life is out the window. They will talk down to you and act as if you’re the problem. They do not take into consideration your feelings and you will be lied to on every possible occasion. They want results however you will get penalised for any input given. They want different results however are not willing to make changes. You are made to feel like a Guinea pig. Several managers however no leaders.
