There were absolutely no pros to working here

Onboarding process non-existent. They throw you into client projects with little guidance. The "profit sharing" bonus structure is a joke - you have to hit impossible targets to even get half of a promised comission. Do not waste your time working here. I joined after five people quit the company and they were in the process of hiring a whole new team. They cheat their clients. Office feels like one big sorority and not in a good way.
