      Pros

      The job is located in Old Town Alexandria, which is a really pretty neighborhood.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment w/ abusive boss, who can't control her emotions in the workplace. Employer is disorganized, and doesn't train properly. Problems are solved only by lots of yelling and berating. Not one employee (out of 12) of Miss Glaws' came back after Covid. If you take the job, you will soon find out why.

      almost no pros - I met a few nice girls and worked on a few cool projects

      Cons

      the boss, the chief of staff, the workplace practices, the environment, the tone with which you're spoken to. Basically everything!
