      Pros

      Hard working staff. Nice building.

      Cons

      Owners of company see only what they want to see and out of touch. Middle management should be trained on how to treat employees fairly and professionally. Employees are unhappy management overlooks this. Hard to advance in the company, way too much favouritism. Bullying and intimidation allowed.
