NO TRAINING whatsoever, no growth, total absence of any company culture. Forget about any form of support. They want you to be up and running from day one and if you don't do things the way they expect they threaten to fire you, from day one! Managers are absent, those who are present are unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful, impolite. Probably to cover their lack of confidence and professionalism. The company lacks any sense of business, they survive thanks to government funds given to finance pointless projects that leads nowhere. No canteen. No facilities. Offices are old and dirty, they're cleaned every other week, to save money. By the way they manage their business they deserve to go bankrupt, to say the least, to lose their jobs and to starve.
