Pros

The two biggest highlights for me are the international environment and the unparalleled data access. It is inspiring to collaborate daily with colleagues from all over the world, which keeps the culture fresh and inclusive. Furthermore, the company provides us with incredible data resources; being able to back every strategy with deep, global insights makes the work both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly you must be able to pivot quickly. This is great for speed & innovation, but it can be challenging for those who prefer a fixed roadmap. You have to be comfortable with 'pivoting' and staying agile as new data comes in.

Pros

Genuinely collaborative culture where people help each other across teams. Management is approachable and you're trusted to own your work rather than being micromanaged. There's real depth of expertise here and plenty of opportunity to learn from smart colleagues. Good flexibility in how you structure your day, and the company has evolved a lot over the years in ways that make it an interesting place to grow.

Cons

As with any company in a fast-moving space, priorities can shift quickly, and it sometimes takes a beat for tooling and processes to catch up with where the business is heading. Cross-team communication can occasionally get siloed as the company scales. Internal documentation could be more consistent, which can make onboarding steeper than it needs to be.

Pros

- Leadership is willing to take calculated risks and invest in long-term opportunities. - Not just focused on running the business day to day, we're constantly thinking about what's next and how we can lead in our space. - People are trusted to take ownership. If you have a good idea and can make the case for it, you'll have the support to see it through. - The company was founded on pursuing new industry and technology, which continues to be a mandate today.

Cons

- We operate at the intersection of media and technology, which moves quickly. Keeping teams aligned on strategy sometimes requires additional effort. - Silos can occasionally emerge, making cross-functional communication an ongoing area of focus. Common across remote-first companies.
