      Pros

      It was a pleasure working for RHM right out of college. The whole office genuinely cares for one another and wants to see you succeed. Even though I am going down a different path career wise, I highly recommend working for RHM. I was able to learn and grow so much in just the few months I was there. Thank you RHM for the opportunity and I can’t wait to see what else you do!

      Free snacks Lots of happy hour opportunities after work Pay isn’t terrible if you’re fresh out of college

      Cons

      Lots of mandatory fun Lots of stress You’ll be asked to work through lunch if you’re behind Constant pushing to do better Toxic leadership doesn’t have best interest for you in mind Quick to fire than coach and helping you become better Lots of malfeasance and borderline illegal work practices They’ll mention you’ve got benefits but won’t be eligible for quite some time after you’re hired. They also won’t remind you that you are able to sign up once your probationary period is over and you’ll end up losing the opportunity to sign up for benefits you needed in the first place
