Pros
Flexible with time and the pension is very good. Good exposure to large companies, particularly paper industry.
Cons
Not very motivating place to work. Managers not honest about goals and objectives. Research projects handed out to a limited of people who are "in". Overall strategy is not clear, cannot decide if they want to be a genuine research institute or a consulting firm. Not inclusive to people who are not Swedish.
