Clients are happy with service delivery

Horrendous management! Poor employee benefits and engagement, no proper systems or technology in place as a business, bad flexibility at work and poor work life balance for employees. The office is being managed in a very sadist approach where employees not allowed to talk in office which leads to alot of politics due to lack of communication, female lead is the only one allowed to speak in the office and not willing to change to accept new ideas from employees or even interested to receive feedback on changes, staff are not even allowed to use mobile, work from home. Entire business is being run like a one man show even though it's a company of a bigger MNC. Staff rentention is poor and churn of staff is frequently sighted.

Customer delivery is everything and colleagues are nice. Most customers are happy with the service and delivery.

The culture is so bad. No one has a say except one person, the female lead (as in the previous review). If you say something she doesn't like, she takes it personally and you will have a hard time in the company. The female lead creates a image of a SUPER culture to show she do a good job. in reality it is not. There is no career progression. People like what they are doing and are contributing, so sad that people left and are planning to leave because of an individual in the company. Staff retention is poor. It is MNC but operating like a small company because of lack in direction.
