High stress as boss micromanages and weekends can be burnt due to installation that you need to oversee or due to technical issues which you need to take care of. Also, meetings tend to drag after office hours and you are expected to start work on time the next day even if you had to oversee an installation the previous night that lasted till the wee hours of the morning. Even if you are allowed to start work late, you are expected to "pay back" the hours which you missed.
