Pros

I have been employed with RJ Young since 2012. One of the great things I like about the company is that they make you feel like family. From the CEO down to the management teams, they seem to genuinely care not only about the employee, but their families as well. They are happy with and celebrate today’s successes while working towards a vision on how to improve our tomorrow. I have enjoyed my years of service here working alongside my peers and look forward to the years to come. I would say RJ Young is a great company to work for!

- Everyone is very kind and welcoming - After working retail customer service for years, it is very refreshing to work a customer service job that has consistent hours and a great team to help support you.

Cons

- Some of the software we have to use to work, tend to have issues but that comes with most jobs that use any kind of software
